Memonex Technology Group offers
Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Memory Modules.
All Memonex
Technology memory modules have been thoroughly tested and,
when shipped, are free of defects in material and workmanship.
Memonex Technology, shall immediately replace this product, if any
malfunction should occur, at no charge, provided the
following:
- Modules must have an original Memonex Technology Label, and
an Memonex branded heatspreader, when applicable.
- The product or any part thereof has not been abused,
misused, damaged, neglected, replaced, repaired tampered
with or modified.
- The product was properly installed and used in its
recommended environment. Memonex Technology shall make the final
determination as to the existence and cause of any defect.
- You have contacted support for proper instructions and
an RMA number.
Under no circumstances will Memonex
Technology be liable in any way to any purchaser for any
damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, wages, or
any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of
the use of or inability to use Memonex Technology products.
The following will not be covered by our warranty:
- Modules that our staff determines were not manufactured
by Memonex Technology. Memonex Technology
modules.
What happens after I get approval from Memonex
support and send back my memory module?
Once we receive your module, it will be
immediately tested.
- If the part is tested good according to our testing
procedure, it may be shipped back to you, or if support
determines it may be an incompatibility issue it may be
replaced with an equivalent or better part at our
discretion.
- If the module fails our testing process, it will be
replaced immediately by an equivalent or better module.
What is the
standard turn around time?
- If the memory module is from a current generation of
memory it will be put on rush processing, and immediately
shipped out VIA FEDEX.
- If the memory module is from a prior generation it may
be repaired in house or sent to an outsourced facility for
repair. At Memonex Technology’s sole discretion we may offer
current market value credit to purchase another module from
our line.
How do I go
about sending a memory module back to Memonex?
Once the Memonex Technical
support staff issues you an RMA number you are responsible for
the following:
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges to our
facility.
- RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the
package on at least 2 sides.
- The Memory module must be placed in an anti static bag.
- You must have at least 2 inches of soft packing around
the entire memory module.
- RMA numbers are only valid for 14 days from date of
issue.
You may e-mail to the nearest address mentioned below to get the RMA tracking number. If you have
received an RMA number from the support staff, you may ship
the product back to the nearest address that you requested the RMA number from:

What should
I do if I receive the replacement module, and it still does
not work?
Generally, this indicates that the
problem is related to something other than the memory module.
